Barry Black has successfully represented criminal defendants in the five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. His clients have included a number of notable high-profile and celebrity clients that were widely reported in the local and international media. He has represented defendants on criminal charges ranging from homicide and arson to grand larceny and driving while intoxicated. In civil matters, Mr. Black has also represented individuals and corporations in commercial disputes in both state and federal court, particularly in matters involving breach of contract and financial fraud. He has also represented clients in family court in matters such as custody and support petitions.
