Experience

Mr. Douglas’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Throughout the course of his more than twenty years of practice, Mr. Douglas has handled a broad array of local, national, and international cases, and has litigated in courts throughout the country. Mr. Douglas’ areas of expertise include commercial litigation of all kinds, insurance fraud and coverage litigation, civil RICO, employment matters, and land use disputes. In addition, he is a member of the Town of Cortlandt, New York’s Zoning Board of Appeals, the chair of the Town’s Open Space Committee, and a member of the Hudson Highlands Gateway Task Force.
