Ms. Quinn represents businesses and individuals in commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation, including summary proceedings. Ms. Quinn is familiar with Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives, Redevelopment Companies, and tenancies protected by New York State Rent Regulations.
