Experience
Mr. Smiler has been practicing law for more than 8 years and has focused primarily on transactional real estate matters. He represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties, commercial and residential landlords and tenants, and corporate and private borrowers in connection with purchases, refinances and construction loans. Mr. Smiler is also involved in representing co-op and condominium boards on matters ranging from minor quality of life issues to major capital improvement projects.
