Dominic has experience in a broad range of transactional and litigation matters. At Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, he has assisted in advising cooperative clients on amending proprietary leases, drafting AIA riders for construction transactions, representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, general litigation matters, and various other transactional matters.

At his previous firm, Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C., Dominic litigated in Housing Court in Westchester, Bronx, New York, Kings, and Queens Counties in nonpayment proceedings, holdovers, and HP proceedings. He also has represented banks in residential real estate closings and refinances, including cooperatives and condominium transactions.
Dominic is admitted in New York and in the process of being accepted into the New York City Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association’s Cooperative and Condominium Committee. He has a Bachelor’s in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton and received his J.D. from New York Law School
