Peter is a highly-skilled real estate attorney with strong experience in a wide variety of residential and commercial matters.
Peter acts as general counsel to many co-op and condo boards advising them on a wide range of sophisticated issues including contract negotiations, corporate governance, collections and quality of life. He also guides many new buildings in the transition from developer to unit owner and board control. Peter represents sellers, purchasers, and commercial lenders in various types of real estate transactions as well as owners and tenants in commercial leasing matters, construction contracts and other pertinent agreements.
Peter is a member of the Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives of the New York State Bar Association. He has presented and taught at many seminars, such as the annual Housing Conference of the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums, and has been quoted regarding real estate law in publications such as The New York Times, The Cooperator and Habitat Magazine.
Peter lives in Westchester with his wife (Rachel), three sons (Brendan, Hunter, and Ethan), and their dog (Shea). Peter is a long suffering Mets fan and on weekends he can frequently be found on the fields and courts with his boys living out his coaching dream.
