As one of New York City’s top construction litigators, Randy has been instrumental in helping clients navigate complex, multimillion-dollar disputes that have shaped the city’s skyline and infrastructure, including such landmark projects as Yankee Stadium, One World Trade Center, and the Second Avenue subway, as well as the renovation of major bridges, roadways, and water pollution plants among other notable projects. Beyond his representation of developers, contractors, and construction managers on major bid/build and design/build projects like these iconic developments, Randy also represents subcontractors and design professionals on traditional commercial and residential work.
