Ritika Vig is an associate at Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, LLP. Her practice focuses on construction law and commercial litigation, including both transactional and litigation matters representing owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and businesses. She represents clients in complex construction-related disputes involving contract claims and disputes, licensing and access matters, and related commercial issues.
Ritika has experience handling matters in New York state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related filings. She also advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and construction-related agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ritika gained experience in both private practice and international in-house legal environments, where she worked extensively on contract review, negotiations, and business-related legal matters. Ritika’s background provides her with a practical and business-oriented approach to dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
