Asher Rubinstein's practice focuses on domestic and international asset protection, wealth preservation, estate planning, tax planning, tax controversy, offshore tax compliance, and related litigation. Mr. Rubinstein is a recognized expert on offshore entities, foreign banking, and IRS compliance issues. Mr. Rubinstein also represents and advises wine, spirits, food, and restaurant clients.
For the past two decades, Scott's practice has focused primarily on transactional real estate matters — Cooperative and Condominium Board Representation; Buying and Selling of Properties; Commercial Leasing and Neighbor Access Agreements.
Nicholas M. Sorrentino is a partner at Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, LLP. His practice includes all aspects of construction law, including both transactional and litigation services for his clients. He has successfully represented developers, contractors, and various design professionals in a variety of litigations, including multi-million-dollar delay claims, professional malpractice claims, and claims for breach of contract. In addition, Nick has extensive experience with public construction projects involving the City of New York, and its respective agencies. He also represents both developers and neighboring property owners in drafting and negotiating neighbor-access agreements relating to a broad range of projects, including City-mandated FISP work and general demolition and new construction builds, throughout New York City.
