Maximilian Ferlesch represents developers, contractors, and professional firms in litigation arising out of construction issues, such as delay claims, negligent design and construction, and breach of neighbor development access agreements.
He counsels clients on fact-finding, conducts discovery, and helps them work through disputes as they arise, including dispute resolution, to obtain favorable settlements when applicable. He has also represented public and private companies in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, contract disputes, employment matters, real estate transactions, corporate investigations, securities actions, and fiduciary issues.
